These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the u7u7 platform and all services associated with it. u7u7 is committed to providing a safe and reliable online gaming experience for players in Bangladesh. By using the service, you agree to all the terms described below. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

u7u7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform, and continued use of the site after such changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

The following terms are used in these Terms with the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — refers to the u7u7 website, mobile version, and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has registered on u7u7 and is using the service.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account of each member.
• "Bonus" — any welcome bonus, cashback, or other promotional benefit offered by u7u7.
• "Turnover" or "Wagering" — The total bet amount required to qualify for withdrawing a bonus.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the service on u7u7, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. When opening an account, the user declares that they are of the correct age and are not legally prevented from participating in online gaming in their country or region.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a person is using more than one account, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Responsibility for Providing Accurate Information

All information provided during registration — name, mobile number, email, etc. — must be completely accurate and verifiable. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If any information needs to be changed, please contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the u7u7 support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

u7u7 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. If urgent verification is required, it may take a little longer.

3.3 Validity of Deposits

All deposits must come from legitimate sources. Any transaction related to money laundering or illegal activities is strictly prohibited. u7u7 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and to place it on hold if necessary.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, the wagering requirements associated with any bonus in the account must be met. There is generally no wagering requirement for withdrawing deposited funds — it applies only to bonuses (see Section 4 for details).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, letting you start playing with a total of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more still gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus. This wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount — the deposit amount is not added. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming on the platform.
• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to yourself or to another account.
• u7u7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, the account may be closed.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

u7u7 has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming progress and activity.

5.1 Fair Use Policy

All games on u7u7 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The platform follows SSL encryption and fair play principles. Any form of cheating, hacking, use of bots, or automated software to play is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

5.2 Game Cancellation or Interruption

If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, disconnection, or server error, u7u7 will make an appropriate decision following an investigation. All game results are stored in server logs, and in the event of a dispute, the server log will be considered final.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, only bets placed before the start of an event will be considered valid. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be handled according to the applicable rules. You are advised to check the current odds carefully before placing a bet in live betting markets.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false or fabricated identity.
• Bonus fraud or placing coordinated bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Hacking, sending viruses, or attempting to damage the platform.
• Harassing or abusing other members.
• Money laundering or using illegal funds.
• Using any unauthorized third-party software or systems.

u7u7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for verification, with or without cause. In cases of serious violations, balances may be forfeited.

u7u7 places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption on the platform. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together constitute the entire agreement between u7u7 and the member. Any previous oral or written understandings are replaced by this document.
